Brief description

Palgakalkulaator is cloud payroll software developed by Arveldaja OÜ. Over X-tee, the project connects the Estonian Tax and Customs Board services: data-based submission of TSD, two-way exchange with the employment register (Töötamise register: submitting employment data and reading the register status back) in XBRL GL, and the residency inquiry. It also connects the Estonian Health Insurance Fund service for reading certificates of incapacity for work.

Objectives

The aim of the project is to develop the existing prototype into a production-ready SaaS service that automates the data-based exchange of payroll data, employment data and data related to certificates of incapacity for work with state systems.

Result

Data created during payroll is validated in Palgakalkulaator, sent to the state over X-tee, and receipts and error messages return to the same workflow. During reporting the user does not have to enter the data again.

The cooperation partner is the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
